Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern your access to and use of https://webint.expert and its content. They are between you and Webint Expert Pte Ltd, registered as WEBINT EXPERT PTE LTD ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.

These terms do not licence our software. Access to any WebINT product is granted only under a separate written licence agreement executed with your organization, together with our Acceptable Use Policy and, where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum. Nothing on this website grants any right to use the software.

2. Permitted use

You may view, download, and print pages of this site for your own evaluation and internal business purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in breach of any applicable law, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system, or interfere with its operation.
• Scrape or systematically extract content to build a competing product or dataset.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notice.
• Misrepresent your identity, your organization, or your authority when contacting us.

Good-faith security research is welcome and is not a breach of these terms, provided you follow the process on our security page and do not access or exfiltrate data belonging to anyone else.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, layout, the graphic mark, and the underlying software, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you no licence to it except the limited right of use in section 2. Our names, marks, and product names may not be used without our prior written consent.

4. Enquiries and submissions

Information you send us through the enquiry form is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send us confidential information, classified material, operational case data, or personal data about third parties through this website. It is not a secure channel and we do not want to receive that material. If you need to share something sensitive, ask us to arrange an appropriate channel first.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation to you. We are not asking for your ideas and you should not send us anything you consider proprietary.

5. No offer, no reliance

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a binding quotation, or a commitment to supply. Product descriptions, availability indications, and roadmap statements are provided for general information, may change without notice, and are not warranties or contractual commitments. Any commitment we make will be in a signed agreement.

We may decline to supply any prospective customer, and are not obliged to give reasons. Supply is conditional on end-user due diligence and on applicable export-control and sanctions clearance.

6. Availability and third-party links

We do not guarantee the site will be available or uninterrupted, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time. Where we link to a third-party site we do not control it and accept no responsibility for it.

7. Disclaimer and liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising from this website is limited to SGD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability relating to the software is governed by the licence agreement, not by this clause.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
